About me

As an Event Manager and Producer I have created, orchestrated and managed a variety of events from intimate projects to complex productions. I realise visions for the client adding a creative edge to their core brief. I’ve sourced and located a diverse range of venues for different events from small intimate museums to arena size spaces. I’ve dealt with and worked alongside many different types of contractors from the tendering process to the final delivery of the event. I’ve created new partnerships with funders, charities and government departments to raise the profile and increase funding for projects. I am adept at managing both artistic and technical teams with a strong understanding of their requirements and priorities. I am experienced in all aspects of event production including creating and managing budgets of up to £500K, booking artists and resources, stage-managing, plus all aspects of health and safety. My skills are broad and varied, and I am in a unique position of having a vast experience of both broadcast and live events, I’m adaptable to any given circumstance. I am equally comfortable researching, creating and managing a large-scale event at The Royal Albert Hall as I am at dealing with the levels of protocol and security required to put on an intimate event at the Houses of Parliament or a guest appearance from HRH Prince Charles.

• BBC CONCERTSProduced and managed a star studded array of concerts for BBC Radio and Red Button with artists such as Rod Stewart, Stereophonics, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Elbow, Gary Barlow. Flaming Lips, Robbie Williams, Polica, Goldfrapp, Manic Street Preachers and Sigur Ros. These were multi platform events in both a linear and non-linear format that also involved online and social media interaction.
• 2017 TOMMY'S AWARDSThe flagship event for the charity Tommy's. Tthe Tommy's Awards celebrates special family members and friends, and companies that make a difference to the lives of parents across the UK.

Producer of Dance Proms2016 & 2017, a dance spectacular at the Royal Albert Hall which brought together nearly five hundred young dancers from around the UK and Europe, along with guest performances by The Royal Ballet. As the producer I manage and coordinate all the dance schools and guest artists; work closely with artist advisors from the RAD, ISTD, IDTA and RAH to stage and create the event. oversee the planning of the production, lighting, sound, stage management and volunteer teams along with looking after all aspects of health and safety. Other responsibilities include: • Managing all event logistics and set up • Creating production and rehearsal schedules • Managing dance schools and guest artists. • Line managing event and volunteer team • Overseeing all aspect of stage management, lighting, sound and production. • Managing event budget • Responsible for all H&S, child protection and other relevant legal requirements are met.
