    Reporting into the Global Director of Building Openings, worked to establish the EMEA Building Openings team - developing from 2 people based in the UK to a team of 14 across London, Paris, Berlin and Moscow - Delivered the opening of 20+ new buildings in 7 cities, across 6 countries Fast paced environment with all buildings opening within 3-6 months of starting on site, set to rigid deadlines: > Each building ranging from 400 to 2,200 desks with budgets from $4M to $20M - Totaling approximately $210 million through 24,500 desks and 1.32 million square feet > Matrix managed teams of 5+ (Construction, MEP, Design, ICT and Installations) setting clear deliverables and outcomes - Spearheaded new market strategy for the team including the delivery of the first buildings in Russia. Managing a global taskforce of internal and external stakeholders to deliver against a series of complex, critical deadlines relating international customs, finance and shipping - Defined and standardised an office blueprint for the delivery of all new EMEA WeWork openings, providing structure and best practices enabling a quicker delivery capability through better management - Implemented benefits realisation through leading the standardisation and improvement of installation standards throughout the region. For Barista Coffee and Beer specifically, providing clear design and install doctrines leading directly to more efficient setups and reduced wastage of coffee and beer consumables in operating buildings - Championed lessons learned across all openings to identify operational weak points and initiated an improvement plan
