A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. Department Summary
Our global digital production teams at Hogarth are made up of over 600+ digital specialists in over 20 countries. We have digital strategy and consulting expertise, as well as full-lifecycle digital production expertise, across best-in-class platforms and solutions. Our digital production types of work covers campaign production, DCO, email production and marketing, web and platforms development, large-scale content operations and Web 3 and Metaverse production as well.
What does a Digital Project Manager do at Hogarth?
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, document, execute and finalise multiple client digital campaigns according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes onshore and offshore briefing and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan.
In addition to this, Digital Project Manager will need to be self-sufficient and must possess a solid understanding of both the project lifecycle and project management best practices. They will also be required to train, share knowledge and mentor other team members.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager
You will work closely with Account Management teams and production teams around the world. You will sometimes be expected to liaise directly with clients and their creative and media agencies.
Requirements
  • Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
  • Time Management: The ability to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Cost Management: The ability to plan, estimate and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. This includes resource planning
  • Quality Management: The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality requirements
  • Risk Management: The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks (opportunities and threats)
  • Client Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the whole of a project lifecycle
  • Swift and concise responses to the internal stakeholders’ concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved.
  • Training and onboarding new team members. Helping to identify training requirements and organise training sessions.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Experience within a global production environment and/or creative agency environment and will be used to engaging with clients across digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully working within a virtual team environment with globally distributed project teams.
  • The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle.
  • The ability to manage client needs through the entire project lifecycle.
  • The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise time effectively.
  • Ability to interrogate briefs and ensuring that all information is in place prior to work being started.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
